Embraer closed the fourth quarter of 2025 with 91 aircraft deliveries, significantly outperforming both the previous quarter and the same period last year. The result marks a clear acceleration in deliveries and confirms the company’s ability to meet its full-year guidance.
Commercial Aviation accounted for 32 deliveries in 4Q25, led by 15 E195-E2 aircraft. For the full year, Embraer delivered 78 commercial jets, squarely within its guidance range of 77 to 85 aircraft.
Executive Aviation was the largest contributor in the quarter, with 53 jets delivered, driven by strong demand for the Phenom 300, which recorded 23 deliveries. Full-year executive jet deliveries reached 155 units, placing Embraer at the top end of its annual guidance.
In Defense & Security, Embraer delivered two KC-390 Millennium transport aircraft and four A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft during the quarter.
Across all business units, Embraer delivered a total of 244 aircraft in 2025, a substantial increase compared with 206 deliveries in 2024, underscoring a year of solid operational execution and growth across its portfolio.
