A Bolivian Air Force Cessna 210L Centurion registered FAB-409 crashed on 21 June in the Tres Cruces area of Sayari in the Cochabamba department, killing all six people on board. The aircraft had been operating a civic support mission on a domestic flight between La Paz and Cochabamba when it lost contact with air traffic control.
Search and rescue teams were deployed immediately after the disappearance and later confirmed there were no survivors. The victims included two crew members and four passengers, among them a minor, with several military personnel among the deceased.
