In order to make the Boeing 737 MAX “great again”, President Donald Trump gave his opinion over the current grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX model: “What do I know about branding, maybe nothing (but I did become President!), but if I were Boeing, I would FIX the Boeing 737 MAX, add some additional great features, & REBRAND the plane with a new name. No product has suffered like this one. But again, what the hell do I know?” he said.
It’s been over one month now that aviation authorities grounded the Boeing 737 MAX model, the aircraft manufacturer is still working hard to make the aircraft airworthy again.

Last month, Trump gave another aviation opinion by explaining that aircraft became “far too complex to fly“:
“Pilots are no longer needed, but rather computer scientists from MIT,” he said. “I see it all the time in many products. Always seeking to go one unnecessary step further, when often old and simpler is far better.”
Without professional knowledge on how to operate an aircraft, he writes: “Split second decisions are needed, and the complexity creates danger. All of this for great cost yet very little gain. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want Albert Einstein to be my pilot. I want great flying professionals that are allowed to easily and quickly take control of a plane!”
Another strange tweet: in 2017, President Trump proudly announced this news as being his achievement: “Since taking office I have been very strict on Commercial Aviation. Good news – it was just reported that there were Zero deaths in 2017, the best and safest year on record!”
