According to Belgian financial newspaper De Tijd, both handlers Aviapartner and Swissport are in such a bad financial situation that they should not be allowed to operate at Brussels airport. To be able to operate at the airport you should demonstrate that you can continue working for three months without any income.
Both ground handlers have only received temporary licences at Brussels Airport. The current one will expire at the end of January 2018. Aviapartner is tired of the continuous uncertainty and wants a firm commitment together with official recognition.
