Hello

Clear blue sky to pick up a relative from Cologne airport. Went a bit earlier so i could have some time at the panorama terrace...till i was in front of the door which said 'closed'..... went to the information desk to ask, why? and got the following reply back, that due to the freezing temp. the terrace could not be openend as the terrace has no winter service / people taking care of the slippery spots etc. So as long as the temp was below 0 the terrace would not be opened...

So it was just a kind of looking through the windows and some parked cargo planes could be spotted.
