Laudamotion will close down and move its operations under a new entity, Lauda Europe (Malta), which has its own AOC and operating license. The first flight is set for November 2020.

Ryanair owes Boeing US$6.0 billion for 135 ordered B737 MAX planes, the delivery of which has been delayed since 2019. The Group has options to buy up to 75 more MAX under agreements dating back to 2014.

Ryanair is rumored to be applying for flights from Pulkovo International Airport in St. Petersburg.

Ryanair also plans Palma Mallorca – Bucharest service from 28 March 2021, with B737-800.

Ryanair (or Buzz?) will resume domestic Polish flights on the Gdansk – Wrocław route from 27 October 2020.

Lauda Europe (now based in Malta) and sister company Malta Air to share the same headquarters and some of the same management, including David O’Brien, Richard Higgins, Angelo Buhagiar, and Neil Sorahan.

Joramco of Jordan has successfully completed its first-time base maintenance agreement with Ryanair, covering heavy checks on the airline’s B737 NG fleet.

Laudamotion is now referred to as Ryanair Austria by management, following the recent changes at the carrier.

Also Krakow. Unfortunately no plans to resume a Warsaw service.

3 A320 of Lauda Austria have been registered in Malta as Lauda Europe.

Due to high fees. The 7 Lauda A320s based in DUS were all operating Ryanair flights.

At Ryanair in Belgium (CRL_Airport & BRU_Airport) twice as many jobs are endangered as previously announced: 172 instead of 80, says Christian union ACV/CSC.

The Buzz brand was banned in Hungary because it could be confused with the brand of Wizz Air, says a court ruling in response to a lawsuit filed by Wizz.

Lauda may reduce planned capacity from Vienna in winter 2020/21 as it originally planned to operate 10 A320s during the season.

Ryanair now plans to resume flights to Nis Constantine the Great Airport in March 2021, after cutting capacity in the winter.

Ryanair is preparing to re-establish its links to Morocco, including Agadir, Essaouira, Fez, Nador, Oujda, Marrakech, Rabat and Tangier.

1. Ryanair is suspending flights from Irish regional airports, including Ireland West Airport, Cork and Shannon, for one month, from 14 November to 12 December.
