TUI used to serve Ohrid 2 or 3 years ago already. Didn't last long tho...

It's now a triangle flight BRU-OHD-TIV-BRU and operated every Saturday.

An Airbus A320 of Smartlynx is currently leased, YL-LCP, currently flying from BRU to HRG.

The last few days, I've seen many of these flights, operated by Brussels Airlines for TUI. But I don't know if this is already longer or not. TUI announced a couple of weeks ago that it would let passengers fly with SN.

I guess a rather logical move since the end of Thomas Cook:
- SN with free capacity
- TUI Belgium with too few planes/seats since they were leasing almost daily at SmartLynx, FreeBird, ...

My 2 cents...

OO-LOE at LTN for most probably a check, PH-OYI replaces it.

Early summer season for TUI? ES-SAO, SmartLynx Estonia A320 arrived at Brussels yesterday and got (already!) TUI stickers before flying to Charleroi (to be based there)...

Pretty sure you are smart enough to realize that is due to the MAX grounding, right?

What’s more questionable is why 5 737s of TUI BE are based in the NL this winter, and BE uses the white product instead…

EC-MJS to probably replace PH-OYI at Brussels.

Heard somewhere that OOJAF is going to have another livery.

Special one? Usual one?

In Het Laatste Nieuws, TUI told that there was a technical problem (brakes issue), and that the long delay is caused because it's quite difficult to get spare parts to Montego Bay.

TUI said that a new take off was planned for 14h local time on Thursday. But at this verry moment it's 17h local time, and no departure yet.

It's EC-MNY A330-200 indeed, doing TB181/TB182 (which were most probably scheduled for the stranded OO-LOE)

I was on that flight SQD-PUJ-BRU and experienced a go-around this morning at BRU when the A330 was flaring over the runway 25L at only a few meters hight . That was a first for me and I enjoyed it. WOW.

I have seen a TUI dreamliner at the ramp by arrival in PUJ and BRU

Go Around are always amazing by the power: full power and less fuel == empty airplane.

BTW, how was the flight itself? (flying in this bird tomorrow/8th Feb to PUJ): seat 'comfort', catering, service (I guess it is Wamos crew and not TUI crew), entertainement, ... ?
