Adria Airways received five bids, four from Slovenian companies and one from abroad, all of whom are looking to purchase all or part of the airline.

Slovenian businessman Joc Pececnik, with the help of ex-Adria CEO Mark Anzur, plans to set up a new Ljubljana-based airline in cooperation with a foreign partner.

PH-ADO / S5-AAL to be scrapped.
