Maybe not. Germania received two bids for much of the route network and the maintenance and service area, according to preliminary insolvency administrator Ruediger Wienberg

Bulgarian Eagle is also bankrupt, according to authorities, following the demise of parent Germania. Germania is reportedly in talks with one investor and plans to resume operations in May 2019 with 10 aircraft.

Germania Flug to be rebranded soon but not as "Air Prishtina" (supposed Balkan airline).
Focusing on summer destinations and 4 aircraft initally.

And what are the plans for winter destinations ? Las Palmas, Tenerife, Sion, Innsbruck and Geneva ?

I've got a friend from Prague who sent me a picture of LZ-AOC, ex Bulgarian Eagle A319-132, which is going back to its lessor as OE-IDE (AerCap) in a few days, not get in Austrian registry.

Germania Flug was forced to drop several destinations and cut frequencies on others in summer 2019 season, as the carrier will not be able to secure a fourth A319 amid an increase in lease rates in the aftermath of the B737 MAX grounding.

Germania Flug to be rebranded "CH-Air" on 22 May 2019.

What will look like the new livery?

DASTC, ex Germania A319 was ferried today as HFM361P from PRG to BRU as 9HLOL, for Hifly Malta. Titles missing but logos and design are still there.
