Indigo plans Europe services from October

France, Belgium, UK, Germany, Italy and Switzerland will be added in phases https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/in ... 168228.cms

Serbia may also be a possibility.

Widebody / long haul plans postponed due to rise in oil prices.

Istanbul mentioned as possible on A321neo.

They are hiring in IST, and may also add Belgrade and Gatwick all with A321neo.

Spicejet too is interested in Turkey and east European routes for expansion and considers A330neo.

London A321neo plan in spring and will have a stopover somewhere in between.

Tbilisi may serve as stop for LGW, not sure if with traffic rights, Georgian newspaper seems to suggest it will be a traffic route, Baku is also being looked at for stopover.

Baku has been selected as tech stop for Gatwick service planned to start from April, Birmingham and Moscow being evaluated as additional new routes.

Istanbul begins 20rh March daily nonstop service.

Go Air also has IST on its radar, was due to start in winter 2017 originally From Delhi and Mumbai.

It seems Indigo to London will not be happening now.

Indigo may start Stansted and Birmingham from summer with slots recieved for both.
