Air France’s “monoply” for Bamako is one 787 on a triangle flight: Paris-Bamako-Abidjan-Bamako-Paris (AF520/AF521).
Flights are now operated by the brand new Air France A350, since 07 October 2019

Airbus begins listing the A350-1000 with a MTOW of 319 tonnes, a higher figure than previously listed. The range increases to 8,700nm, in hopes of meeting the bid for Qantas' Project Sunrise.

Seems EK is pushing A359 order from 30 to 50 (or 80?) and might be dropping A339.

Airbus and General Electric are in preliminary talks of an upgraded GEnx-based engine for possible future A350 variants (a so-called A350neo).
