HI FLY is to be the new brand name of Air Luxor, the Portuguese carrier. Initially the airline’s charter operation will have the new image, but owner, the Mirpuri Group, expects to complete the project in 12 months’ time. The Group is also preparing the re-branding of other companies linked to the aviation and tourism businesses. The current Hi Fly fleet comprises of two Airbus A330-300 and three Airbus A320-200. Additional aircraft are expected to be added to the fleet for summer 2007

Personally I don't really see the point, air Luxor sounded more exotic in a way...
I know, but I read an article in airliner world of July 2005 that the brandname Air Luxor was still linked to luxury flying. Remember that they started operations by flying a single aero comander 500s to fly a boss of a local hotel chain around Portugal. They wanted the word 'luxury' in the brandname somewhere, that is why they chose air luxor.
