Nairobi and Accra will be served daily, Dakar and Abidjan will have on some days direct flight.

The new A330 will bring 5 extra weekly flight in the network leaving the 2 other day some flexibility in case of irregularities.

Concerning MH it will be kind of the same, a consolidation of the existing network with more frequencies. One new destination ex-thomas cook served 1 time weekly :-) a hint it’s an island.

CDG will go 3x daily to feed the long haul traffic
I'm betting on FNC as the new destination.

They are still loading the flight on the booking engine so no I don’t know yet the sheduled for CDG.

Concerning the island which will be flown this summer, as this is now bookable, I can’t divulg it. And yes most of you guessed right, Funchal is a new Summer/winter destination.

True, but is the lack of available used aircraft the reason Brussels Airlines is keeping 1 to 2 aircraft on the ground most days?
rwandan-flyer wrote: 12 Nov 2024, 08:37 British Airways will end Dallas flight (biggest AA hub !!!!), also due to the fleet troubles (can't not replace the A380 by the A350 and they have many issues with the B787).
Not sure why DFW warrants so many !s. BA is cutting service exactly because it is AA's biggest hub, not despite. AA is launching a new frequency at the same time as the canceled BA flight, with a very minimal change in available seats overall.
Same story at MIA where BA canceled one of two daily flights, and AA added a daily flight.

Etihad CEO confirmed to Routes Online that it'll increase to double-daily in 2025.
No more details.

Sounds strange to me ...

I could see them expanding but doubling is maybe stretched a bit too much: Emirates 14x/w, Qatar 12x/w (also going double daily soon?), and then Etihad also 14x/w. But of course nice to hear this ...

I am curious whether ANA will expand a bit though (e.g. from 2 to 3/4x/w).

Regards,
Danny

Their whole project actually sounds strange. They are making 12 European cities double-daily and want to add 10 routes every year (!). Curious to see how this goes.

Air Canada will reduce the previous number of flights from Toronto to Brussels from 5 to 3 flights. Those 3 flights will be from 30th Mar till 29 May. As from 29 May it will be 4 flights a week with a mix of B787-8/9

This was the one which we wanted to announce some time ago. The negotiations took very long to convince them. They had during and after Covid very bad financial figures and was for them out of the question.
As the demand and the performance of the airline drastically changed on a positive way, we have them back.

This means that long haul is back like it was before covid. We even have much more long haul since then.

2025 looks very promising
