Well Yaro, you were born in this millenium. i.e. after the year 2000,

so missed out on all "rather vague" cargo-flights to and from Oostende in the 1990s.

A delay of two hours or so was quite normal and common, then.
Cargo flights by rather vague and dodgy cargo airlines got cancelled all the time.
Delays of days were nothing special at Oostende.

It seems Rada Airlines continues this "tradition" of being "indefinitely delayed"...

If they can delay it so many times without a problem I don't think it will arrive before the end of 2020, my bet is in or just after the weekend
