I have serious doubts that AB will restart on 3 June (and who to carry on ? Passengers who are not allowed to leave the country ?).

I would eye more mid June or end June, not earlier.

If I remember well one of their main customers to the French West Indies is Club Med and they are responsible for quite some PAX on the ABB flights to Guadeloupe.
On their website it is mentioned that no Club resort will open before 12 June 2020. And even then, it is not sure how many Club Med tourists will keep their june-reservations and/or how many new bookings there will be from now till resumption of flights/reopening
So, a restart early june seems to be quite optimistic indeed , unless they can fill their planes with cargo initially,...

Air Belgium gets a €6.3 million capital increase from Belgian shareholders
7th May 2020. The Belgian shareholders of Air Belgium decided to increase the capital of the company by €6.3 million, newspapers La Libre Belgique and L’Echo wrote today. The amount of €6.3 million is subscribed by Walloon regional investment fund Sogepa (€2.5 million), the Regional Investment Company of Wallonia SRIW, the Belgian Federal Holding and Investment Company SFPi, Sabena Aerospace and Air Belgium management.

The above capital increase, mostly state again (yet again), has now been registered with the official Belgian databank BCE/KBO: from 21.937.670 EUR to 28.237.670 EUR.

It seems Air Belgium removed the passenger seats from (all?) their A340's.
Working as a 'cargo' airline now...

Also on the ground in PNH Phnom Penh right now: TUI (NL) PH-OYI, 767-300ER, operating flight for TUI (B) JAF861F.

A wild guess: OO-ABA and PH-OYI are collecting those famous mouth masks - a delivery of 15,000,000 masks that had to be delivered to the Belgian Army by 24th May?

The Belgian State Gazette (10th June 2020) has published the amounts:
SOGEPA: 2 Million €
SRIW : 2 Million €
SFPI : 2 Million €
Sabena Aerospace Engineering : 300.000 €

So it's 6 Million € additional Belgian state aid for Air Belgium.

Yes. Just like some politicians believed in Sabena. And gave them another bailout.

Sabena Technics? The current shareholder increasing its stake in Air Belgium is Sabena Aerospace, which split off from Sabena Technics years ago.

IMHO, it would be good to be sure to have a full load from BRU to MRU than from CRL.

Also good for their branding and positioning as as Belgian airline.

Is Brussels Airport not a typo? On their website I don't see BRU ...
