There's very little information, the aircraft isn't even in the FOD Mobiliteit database so I can't check the serials. But according to the pictures it kinda looks like a demo aircraft.

I found a video from 2018 where they feature a 7X with the identical colour scheme:

So if this is the case, the plane is at least 3 years old.
