You are right and I stand corrected.

That information on BRU web site concerning the cancellation of the OUA flight led me to believe "the" flight to Ouaga was cancelled. In fact SN9881 shouldn't have been mentioned at all.
Passengers checking the status of their flight to OUA must have a look at the flight info fo ABJ.

A220-300 YL-AAO, BRU-RIX.

The morning flight due to depart at 09:40L announced on FR24 as actual 10:40.
Flightstats status changed to cancelled at 10:20.

She seems parked at 354, next to the Satellite.

Good news !
SN277 to ACC has been resurrected. OO-SFF departed BRU at 16:14. Will arrive ACC with a 5-hour delay.

SN203 to DSS : OO-SFW departed BRU at 16:16 and will arrive in Dakar with a 4-hour delay.

SN241 to ROB : OO-SFY departed BRU at 14:21 and will arrive in Monrovia with a 2-hour delay.

Well, some pride themselves announcing they will deliver "same day", no?

Cynically, this type of post will soon not be home anymore in Anomalies in BRU ...

OO-SFZ was supposed to operate SN277 to Accra today.
Yesterday evening, she got an extension to her stay in the hangar and has been replaced by OO-SFD.
So SN277 left on time this morning.

But SFD was to operate IAD today. According to Flightstats.com, it was decided yesterday evening to replace her with SFW ... and delay the departure to 16:00, a 5 1/2h delay.

According to the same source, yesterday morning OO-SFE was replaced by SFB to run SN551 to YYZ today.
At 09:00 this morning, the departure was postponed to 12:45 : at noon pushed further to 14:00.

Tomorrow 25AUG, according to BRU and Flightstats, SN515 to IAD remains cancelled as previously announced.

OO-SFY cannot fly SN241 as the aircraft is in ENS to be scrapped since 19-AUG. OO-SFU operated the flight.

You are correct, good catch.
Slippery keyboard. Indeed it is OO-SFU that arrived at Monrovia with 2 hours delay. 1h53 to be correct.

To see the number of flights delayed by more than 4 hours multiplied by 600 € multiplied by 250 passengers per flight ... I understand that the finances are in the red I hope for the poor passengers of Washington tomorrow that that they will not be sent pass MUC / FRA or VIE to transit and leave on IAD ... What a horror!

Final results :

SN501 to JFK by OO-SFW, STD 10:35, ATD 17:32 = departure delay 06h57.

SN551 to YYZ by OO-SFB, STD 10:45, ATD 14:51 = departure delay 04h06.

There is room for improvement.

After 2 IAD cancelled JFK is canceled today ! Sincerely, without playing Calimero, do you think that any company can still trust SN's long haul? Not obviously and I am the first to regret it ... I do not even ask to receive offers, I do not care about miles! It's sad but we touch the bottom! Two years ago 4 flights to YYZ in one year and 2 cancelled ! Enough is enough !

It is already planned to fly to Accra today but that seems a bit optimistic to me ...

See: https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/oo-sfg

Which bird will be next to get the new interior?
