Happend in Pent Farm Airfield with a Tiger Moth. unfortunately the man who didn't survived the crash was P. Winters, who had his own maintenance hangar at Antwerp Airport for years, performing mx for ie BAFA.

Flemish newspaper Het Belang Van Limburg reports that pilot Peter Winters had a heart attack.

An alphajet from "Patrouille de France" just had an accident in Perpignan !

Yet ASN mentions N54556 as the reg. It will not matter much for Peter, unfortunately.

Lots of coverage on that Ural Airlines A321 landing (crashlanding) after a multiple birdstrike during take off. But at Warsaw Chopin Airport, there was another close call when a UPS DC-10 landed with engine n° 2 (tail engine) on fire:
