I still don't understand why ASL Airlines "Belgium" is registering its planes in Austria. Previously, all these planes had an OO- registration.

Are you sure? None of these planes were OO- before

It's much less of a pain in the a** to register those planes in Austria than in Belgium.
I will let you guess why

I accept your explanation. But when the planes are already registered OO, why re-register them OE ?
