This plane is worn out,one of the passages had to fly with metal bars coming out from the seat in Business....the other seats were very dirty.
When you had your headphones on and there was a message from the crew you could become deaf...that's not a joke I stopped looking to the movie to dangerous!
No soap or nothing in the lavatory and this in Business, with Lufthansa you have creams hair comb etc...

I don't blame the crew because it's very hard for them to work in these conditions it was to much for them to handle is Brussels Airlines not capable to become a real airline after 15 years?!?!

In my opinion they lost 30 passengers paying a lot of money for ever....

Would you prefer SN to operate them in an A319 and lose money?
LH is not the enemy!
No, of course: the LH Group seeks to maximise the profits. Nevertheless, Belgian passengers are at a loss by the lack of direct connections. Let's hope that SN will soon find a solution for the thin short-haul routes.
Assuming the route was profitable, covering the bmi costs and the SN/bmi contact price, they should be able to quickly find a solution within the group: discarding the Dash8 due to bagage hold capacity, as well as the SWISS untouchable sacred cow (sure there is no reason for them to lend SN their nice CS100/300! :) ), there is a good number of CRJs and ERJs in the group that would be suitable.

Brussels Airlines can only hope that minister Alexancer De Croo (jr.) will not join this party:

Not all profit, AF and KL are realistic alternatives. And that’s only good because if people would always choose LH as the connecting option way more SN destinations would be at risk.

They still have Le Soir?
Or only Der Spiegel and Süddeutsche Zeitung?

As far as I know it was a so-called sponsorship of De Persgroep. Brussels Airlines itself paid nothing for the newspapers on board and in the lounges.

Think about thé environment, take a train instead 🤔🤗

Some people prefer just a paper instead of a lousy mobilephones-screen.

Probably just a cost cut as we will see more of this...
Eurowings is LCC like SN now...
If it was free yeah nice, but it gives a feeling af a lack, missing now... Good idea of the Persgroep !

Any news about the next special livery ???
Announced for april-may... ?

Het Laatste Nieuws is not a big loss, but De Morgen is a quality paper.

In fact, I would like to know which papers are on offer, independently from the language. Any cabin crew reading this?

Indeed, HLN and De Morgen not available anymore at the moment.
SN is currently working on a solution to offer again an extended choice in NL ASAP.

Are currently offered on board:
NL: De Tijd
FR: L’Echo & Le Soir
EN: Financial Times

Normally, on A320 flight there is Le Soir, L'Echo, De Morgen, Het Laatste Nieuws and Financial Times. A couple of years ago we also had some German newspaper coming from some station in Germany. Beside the newspaper for flex and business Passenger, we also have a selection of magasine for business class only.

For A330 flight we have in Economy Le Soir, Het Laatste Nieuws and Financial Times and in busness class plenty of international newspaper and magazines.

I see that OO-SSC is back on active duty after being stored for the winter.

https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/oo-ssc , planned for the Hamburg flight today

Also: it seems like the rumours are true:

OO-SNE : paint @ EMA ex G9 // paint into special cs

Anyone an idea what the Belgian Icon will be? :D :D :D
