At least, he didn't have to pay for his flight, "cargo hold" is not yet a class ?

This could be funny, in a theatre or in a pub. But not on aircraft ...

Agree. It's very funny indeed, but I doubt his boss will appreciate the performance.

There is a discussion going on the Netherlands about moving / forcing leisure flights from Amsterdam Schiphol to the renewed Lelystad Airport (as from 2020).

Dutch satirical website Speld.nl now a solution:
https://speld.nl/2018/12/19/alleen-inch ... d-airport/
unfortunaly, the above is in Dutch only.

What a tomfool! Why not carry a (wide-throated) PET bottle, like every sensible pilot?

Pakistani male passenger Surendra (35) expected that his Air India Express flight from Dubai to Lucknow (India) would land in Pakistan. When he realized his flight IX-194 only flew over Pakistan, he stripped, hoping that this would convince the crew to land in Pakistan indeed. Newspaper Times of India reports that the man was in a “mental trauma” caused by alleged harassment from his employer.

At JFK:

“This is an announcement from All Nippon Airlines. We regret to inform you that your departure has been delayed.”

(Dismay flashes across faces at the gate.)

“We are delayed by 5 minutes.”

“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.”
