Unfortunately because an engine already needs to be changed and there are no facilities at CRL to do that.

ouch, expensive when not a lot of money is flowing in.
Already the result of the need to take off from CRL with full thrust?

And is such a repair not to be paid for by the owner, Airbus?

That would entirely depend on the terms of the contract they signed with Airbus and/or the engine owner/ maintenance provider.

The aircraft ist still in warranty by the lessor. So payed for by the lessor.
