Why can't TUI fly Belgium decide for itself to paint the Belgian flag on its aircraft?

But going by the book, ICAO Annex 7 only defines the Nationality and Registration Marks.
No flag required.

Quite a few extra JAF flights today...
Thankfully, some reinforcement arrived today. OO-TMA arrived factory new from KBFI.

TUY fly Belgium started new service from Brussels to Valencia on 30 March 2018, and from Antwerp to Florence today 2 April 2018.

Good Afternoon from Norwich. B737NG OO-JOS ferried to EGSH this morning. Is this return to lessor? It was only painted into the TUI wave colour scheme here in Q4 last year! Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

News about TUI fly Belgium !

SE-RFV TUI fly Nordic / OO-SRO TUI fly Belgium has arrived yesterday at Brussels,and wear the new TUI livery with its reg,not yet registrated at fgov... His name : "Freedom",it is a Boeing 737-86NWL !

What the hell is going wrong with TUI and their regs ! They don't follow any pattern...
OO-LOE,OO-SRO and OO-LIS,they'll answer : "because we wanted to,and just hazard"
