The €3mlns is from CPH bank, so more money for AB... Nothing about the annual account
I don't think it's a new loan. Agree, L'Echo doesn't mention it's an old loan. But their first annual account shows that they had already a loan of 3,5m in 2016. So that's probably the loan that is now brought up by L'Echo. The loan friom 2016 is probably extented, on condition of a seat for CPH in the board.

They arrived within the 261/2004 margin, which is 4 hours for a flight of + 3.500 kms...

Scheduled arrival time: 19h45
Actual arrival time (FR24): 23h01
https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/py993

That gave them 44 minutes to taxi to the gate and to open one door. It's the "door open" time, registered by the captain or by the ground handler, that matters for "arrival time".
This is not true at all.

For a flight with a distance of 3500 kilometers or more and a flight delay of between three and four hours, you are entitled to 50% of the reimbursement. After 4 hours is a 100% reimbursement. Source: https://www.euclaim.nl/vlucht-vertraagd

That 50% is linked to Article 7.2, which refers to a rebooking onto another flight then the one that was booked/scheduled. Example: transfer to the KLM-flight to Paramaribo:

See 2.:
Article 7

Right to compensation

1. Where reference is made to this Article, passengers shall receive compensation amounting to:

(a) EUR 250 for all flights of 1500 kilometres or less;

(b) EUR 400 for all intra-Community flights of more than 1500 kilometres, and for all other flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometres;

(c) EUR 600 for all flights not falling under (a) or (b).

In determining the distance, the basis shall be the last destination at which the denial of boarding or cancellation will delay the passenger's arrival after the scheduled time.

2. When passengers are offered re-routing to their final destination on an alternative flight pursuant to Article 8, the arrival time of which does not exceed the scheduled arrival time of the flight originally booked

(a) by two hours, in respect of all flights of 1500 kilometres or less; or

(b) by three hours, in respect of all intra-Community flights of more than 1500 kilometres and for all other flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometres; or

(c) by four hours, in respect of all flights not falling under (a) or (b),

the operating air carrier may reduce the compensation provided for in paragraph 1 by 50 %.

3. The compensation referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid in cash, by electronic bank transfer, bank orders or bank cheques or, with the signed agreement of the passenger, in travel vouchers and/or other services.

4. The distances given in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be measured by the great circle route method.

The flight PY994 due to arrive today at 12:20 in AMS has been cancelled to allow the crew to rest. A new flight PY9940 has been scheduled to depart from Paramaribo at 17:15 local today, arriving at AMS at 07:15 tomorrow.

I like the livery of AB as a whole but there was also a "little something" that seemed to give a stylish front part.

Think I got it now.

The A330 has the "cut corner" of the 3rd window on the flight deck.

It is only now that I see that black "paint" around it.

Much better than this, no?

Kind of correcting "slanting eyes". A wink to the target market ? :lol:

I confirm what I said a few days ago : unable to insert more than one pic in a post.

@Bart : you seem to have had the same issue recently as well.

Here is what I intended to post as a direct comparison (photos posted in this thread before).

See what the "natural" A330/340 looks like :

The AB appearance is much nicer, no?
And not as marked as the "Zorro's mask" on A350.

It's a simple copy of the bandit 767 from Abrahmovic, nothing new invented by AB.

After all the to-do about the flag and its orientation, I have my own doubts about the yellow crown on the tail. Doesn't that imply/claim a royal connotation/accreditation? Can such a symbol be shown without having been expressly granted, like for a "hofleverancier/fournisseur de la cour"? Or was it perhaps granted by le Prince Laurent :mrgreen: If so, he'll have more explanation to do...
