Sure you can, but that's the guarantee you'll never get it...

Cheers,

P.S. No experience with certificates and permit sin aviation, but a lot in other areas of our beloved public servants... Be nice to them and they 'll (normally) be nice to you...

If, and I insist on "IF" the delay is due to the BCAA, this would be a real scandal, and I would be angry that part of the taxes that are withheld from my monthly salary would be used to pay such kind of people. That would be total abuse of their situation and power, and thus I sincerely hope this is not the case, proving we are living in a more civilised country than one might think. If it is the case, I am deeply ashamed in their place. No other words for it.

I fully share that opinion.

When I wrote that, I didn't imply that it was the case, but some members here hinted that there was pressure/lobbying on the administration in order to delay/deny the AOC, hence my question.

The only and the biggest challenge for the BCAA is to track the origins of the AB capital and the money flow.

I don't know if the Belgian CAA does this research/investigation themselves - I guess they will ask a financial comment report from an external company revisor with some aviation experience - example the Belgocontrol revisor. But no revisor can deny the negative ratio's in their first annual account (no turnover indeed):

The registration of OO-ABA and OO-ABB suggests that they have recieved confirmation that their "exploitation licence" is upcoming. There has probably been a change in their financial structure, though not published yet in Belgium's State Gazette:

And while at it they'd better correct the VAT number !

Should be BE0648 ...

Don't ask me why but that kind of thing jumps to my eyes.
A Notary act must be spotless.

Well, probably not the reason for the delay in obtaining the AOC of course.

Well, they stated during their press conference that they expect the AOC to be delivery by end of February. Today is the 28th and and still no news. Quite an unbearable situation for them...

According to VRT De Redactie the reason why they didn't get the AOC was because Air Belgium hadn't a plane registered to them?
