Looks like VLM has 2 Fokkers AOG. OO-VLO (without engines for a long time) and OO-VLZ (missing 1 engine)

The launch of the Birmingham flights, initially scheduled for 12 February (like the Munich-Maribor flights) has been postponed to end of March, allegedly for an engine maintenance scheduling issue. Your picture explains it all!

If that aircraft without propeller is indeed OO-VLQ, it wasn't AOG that long:

VLM to operate China flights in less than a year. Choice has to be made between Brussels, Oostende or Liège according to "La Libre" and "L'Echo" newspapers

Runge mentioned (in the Interview for Večer newspaper) that top two routes VLM wants to serve in future from MBX are Belgrade (BEG) and Zürich (ZRH).

Yves Panneels, spokesman for VLM, denies any problems with the Chinese investors (who have replaced the initial Canadian investors from Hong Kong). On the contrary, the latter are very supportive of the plans to fly to China before year-end.

Earlier someone say that during peak season, SN would lease an A320 from another company, I wonder if it cold be from VLM?

Comparable to a football club saying they confidence in the coach and that he will stay until the end of the season.
A week later he is sacked. :(

Why do the flights from ANR to MBX (via MUC) and from ANR to MUC have two different numbers? It means that the same flight departs from ANR with two flight numbers. Very confusing, if you ask me....

And one day later, after only 2 months at the helm of VLM Airlines, CEO Karl Runge gives up. He quits!

VLM must be a desperate case. Will I ever see back the colour of the money I paid for a ticket to MUC next month?

You are sure about Runge? From what I’ve heard Rickard leaved the company.

My mistake: it's indeed CEO Karl Rickard (they are both called Carl R. or Karl R., hence my mistake) :?

I'm honestly wondering why?!
