The Competition College of the BCA authorises the acquisition of assets of Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium by Brussels Airlines.
Statement: "The concentration was assessed with regard to the market of transport of passengers on scheduled airlines and the market for the wholesale supply of airline seats to tour operators.
The College has decided that the concentration will not cause a significant restriction of competition on any of the concerned markets."

TCW1XF was probably an acceptance flight

We know already that two of the five A320s of TCAB will go to Brussels Airlines. We have learned this morning that the three other ones will go to Palma de Mallorca to create a new airline: Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics.

Last flight hasn't arrived yet: arrival from TFS at 01:30 tomorrow morning.

I guess the water salute was for the departure to TFS.

SN has indeed several flights today to previous TCAB destinations. I would have thought they would start tomorrow, the first day of the Winter Schedules.
