There is 1 SSJ100 on order fro Cityjet, so it is possible. I read somewhere on FB that the 3 SN-SSJ's will be FWD, FWE, FWG as they'll get factory new SSJ100's. The FWB and FWC would go back to CItyjet which would operate then FWA, FWB and FWC.

I read that too. Can't remember where though.

It's interesting,
but my idea is possible because EI-FWD was repainted at Venice, and maybe EI-FWA too...
So, EI-FWA for me but your idea/possibility is also good ;)

TLspotting wrote: 12 Apr 2017, 20:39 Impossible for EI-FWE,he's not in the Cityjet fleet, follows planespotters.net.
So the only possibility is EI-FWA,because it landed on 7th April and now taken off not yet.
Be cautious by referring to planespotters.net as an official source. It gives an indication, so does airfleets.net

Let's just wait and see when the newbie reveals itself in full glory 😊

EI-FWE is painted in SN's colors, SSJ tweeted this pic 2 weeks ago:

EI-FWD was not 're'painted in Venice, it was a brand new delivery to CityJet directly in SN livery and delivered directly to BRU instead of DUB. Next one is EI-FWE now (also a factory new aircraft), followed by FWF in May normally.

EI-FWA is from what I know in Venice for an interior (galley) modification. SuperJet International is an Italian/Venice-based company doing all the painting, cabin outfitting and other finishing and pre-delivery testing for Western customers like CityJet and InterJet.

In which way was it changed to 'the same as Lufthansa'? The interface of the long haul IFE has been updated to a newer, nicer looking version with more options and the branding has been improved and updated to the current SN branding (previously the branding in the system was hardly existing, it was pretty much the standard Zodiac Rave interface with an outdated SN shell on top like the welcome pages etc) and the content presentation has been updated, as well as a broader selection of ethnic content (such as Bollywood) and Belgian highlights.

But it's not more or less similar to LH than before. SN was the first to introduce the RAVE IFE on board in the LH Group in 2012, later others followed, often with newer versions and interfaces (until now with this update from SN).

Indeed, as has been the case since the introduction of the current IFE... In 2011 LH and SN made the joint decision to start introducing the RAVE IFE system. SN introduced it first when retrofitting the A330 fleet as from 2012 and in a second phase LH started trials with broader implementation following later. Austrian also followed when they introduced their new long haul interior (IFE and C-class being basically almost the same as SN).

So except for the change in interface (which indeed might resemble more closely to the versions used by LH, as those were newer than the old one of SN), there is definitely not a change towards the same system as LH. I would say quite the contrary, of course the interface is partly standard for everyone (but dependent on the version, and that's where the difference was with LH), but this update includes much more SN branding.

Hi, i've seen that SWISS is retrofitting its a321's with sharklets. Will SN do the same with their a320's?
