Why does Transavia France have its new planes delivered in Brussels? The previous one already flew directly from ORY to BRU right after delivery?

My guess is maintenance or maybe some paperwork still has to be done in France...

Hi,

Correct , as regarding the Transavia ones. They receive a post-delivery modification (electronics) in Europe and some of those are being done at X-Air maintenance. But as mentioned upon delivery anyhow they need to receive a 'delivery acceptance inspection' and of course the paperwork and maybe French autorithies demand that it happens in France, though I'm not sure of that one. But that is the reason why they fly BFI-KEF-ORY-BRU
