I see on FR24 that it came from ORY, just after delivery. Is it a test flight or already a commercial one? Which destination? (I didn't see it on the BRU webpage)

Not a diversion I believe.
This is a factory fresh aircraft from Boeing but Transavia FR bargained to do a modification post-delivery not at the factory but here in Europe (not sure exactly what it is but it is a electronics modification).
They subcontracted this to X-Air Services Brussels maintenance (Sabena). They fly first to Orly for registration paperwork into french register and then they fly ORY-BRU to start modification process. Seen parked infront of X-Air hangar so will be there for probably one or maybe even 2 more weeks I guess.

There is no previous history of these flight numbers HU493 PEK-BRU-ROB/HU494 ROB-BRU-PEK in FR24 for the last 60 days, thus it might be a charter operation, knowing the involvement of the Chinese in Africa. Just a wild guess...

HU already operated this PEK - BRU - ROB rotation and back in 2016 under other flight numbers.
