British Airways and Iberia parent International Consolidated Airlines Group said traffic, as measured in revenue passenger-kilometres, a measure of the volume of passengers carried by an airline, rose 14.3% in November from the same month last year, or 7.2% on a pro-forma basis.
Group capacity, measured in available seat kilometres, was up 11.7%, or 4.3% pro forma. In addition, the company said premium traffic for the month increased 2.6% on a pro-forma basis.
Ryanair saw traffic rise by 21% to 7.71 million during November as load factor increased by five percentage points to 93%. The rolling 12-month passenger total went up by 17% to 99.9 million.
Wizz Air saw a 25.5 per cent rise in passengers to 1.5million, up from 1.2million last year, with load factor up 0.6 per cent to 83.6 per cent.

EasyJet reported Friday that it carried 4.81 million passengers in the month of November, a growth of 9.6 percent from 4.39 million passengers carried in the same month last year.
Load factor improved 0.9 percentage points to 90.3 percent from 89.5 percent a year ago.
For the rolling 12 months that ended in November, passengers increased 6.8 percent to 69.62 million and load factor grew 1 percentage points to 91.8 percent.

Lufthansa Group (DLAKF, DLAKY) reported that its traffic, measured in revenue seat-kilometers, decreased 10.6 percent year-over-year to 14.157 billion. Capacity, measured in available seat-kilometers, was down 9.8 percent to 18.805 billion. Passenger load-factor was 75.3%, down 0.6 percentage points from a year ago.
The Group said trading performance of the Lufthansa Group's airlines was significantly impacted by seven actual and three announced, but eventually not executed days of strikes at Lufthansa Passenger Airlines. The number of flights of the group declined by 4.8 percent year-on-year.
Lufthansa Passenger Airlines, incl. Germanwings, saw a capacity reduction of 12.7 percent. The load factor decreased by 1.6 percentage points due to an even greater decline in sales of 14.5%.
