Corsair International (formerly Corsairfly) is still part of the TUI Group. In 2014 TUI wanted to open the capital to other shareholders and in January 2015 it was proposed to sell Corsair to Groupe Dubreuil, owner of Air Caraïbes, but the deal failed in March 2015.

Thus, yes, Corsair remains entirely in the hands of TUI, but they recently (2012) abandoned the TUI smile logo and the blue colour of their planes.

I wouldn't like to travel on their planes (which are exclusively long haul: B744 and A330). They have the densest known configuration on both types, e.g. by stuffing passengers in a 3-3-3 seating on the A330!

One of their B744s is still registered F-GTUI...

There have been discussions with Air Caraïbes but no agreement was reached; Corsair is at the moment still owned by TUI-France

Corsair recherche toujours un partenaire. Mais il n'y a pas d'urgence. Le groupe TUI est derrière nous, fait son devoir d'actionnaire et Corsair peut compter pleinement sur son soutien pour nous donner tous les moyens de notre développement.
IF IT AIN'T BOEING, I'M NOT GOING.

Monarch is responsible for the maintenance in the UK, Finnair for TUIFly Nordic, AFKLM for Corsair, not sure about TUIfly in Germany?
Thomson have their own maintenance department. Monarch has nothing to do with them. TUIfly also has their own maintenance company. Most probably all companies will go under the same company name.
