He was on board of the outbound flight to Cancun. He might have left the airport by the time the problem appeared.

arrival JAF504 Cancun-Brussels 787-8 is delayed from 08h20 into 02h45
Expected arrival time has just been amended into 03h05, which means OO-JDL (787-8) is on his way to BRU.

Departed at 10:46 CDT (17:46 CET) from CUN, ETA at BRU 02:19 CET.

Apuneger mentioned that the outbound flight was on time: he has no idea of what happened in CUN.

Return from Punta Cana (JAF602) is now delayed from 07h25 Sunday into 03h45 Monday...

(my guess : crew overtime?)

always interesting to follow that on flightradar24 :)
I see them turning from my window, with a backgroup flashing every 3 sec, but no rain at all here.
Can they land after 23.00 in CRL ?

Indeed, great app :D

Heavy rain keeps falling out of the skies here, together with some heavy winds (I'm living 25 kms north of CRL)
