AeroLogic announces a new operation
Today, AeroLogic has announced the start-up of direct flights between Leipzig via Brussels Airport to Bahrain. These flights will be operated three times weekly (Monday till Wednesday). For the startup, one of these flights is already operated with environmental friendly 777F freighters. Later all three flights will be served with these new aircraft.
These freighters feature the lowest trip cost of any large freighter. The 777 Freighter brings that value to the large freighter market. The 777 Freighter meets QC2 noise standards for maximum accessibility to noise-sensitive airports such as Brussels Airport.
This decision is part of an extensive route expansion program by AeroLogic, announcing several new international destinations from Leipzig for the coming winter season.
Brussels Airport welcomes these new cargo flights. Says Arnaud Feist, CEO of Brussels Airport : "We already had the pleasure of announcing a new full freighter carrier this year, and it's great to already announce further growth for the winter season. AeroLogic and its partners DHL and Lufthansa are very much welcome to grow their business with these state-of- the-art freighter aircraft. AeroLogic offers a superb product that will be welcomed by many air cargo players doing business in the Gulf region and beyond to Asia."
