[take it easy will you
first of all a nickname doesn't say anything about the person behind it.
second, a person can ask what he wants if it's related to this forum
thirdly, why being so sarcastic, there might be 100 of reasons for this delay
(for example sick pilot and they can't get a substitude there before 14hours, is this technical? NO)
So if you have nothing useful to say say nothing instead of breaking other peoples.]

So far no news about that delay, can't find anything at this moment.
Really wonder what caused this

P.S. my comment was on a former comment of depretair which ahs ben removed so don't take this personal on the topic starter :wink:

What is wrong with that question ?
Seems to me it's a perfectly normal query on a site like this.

There's also a delay for Alicante (FQ6724/6725).

But that could be because of EQP change: not with A320 but with A310. Spotters Database says it's CS-TKI, A310-300 from White (Portugal).

To Depretair,
My nickname is just my flightsim name. I have nothing against TC, look at my slogan: Fly Belgian! As far as I know, TC is also a Belgian airline.
I really can't see what's so wrong with my question.

Like you probably noticed, the remarks of member Depretair are removed in this topic.

Reason: this is not a way to answer a simple, reasonable question.

Please, back on topic or :locked:

ETA is delayed till 19h00 already. Three outgoing FQ-flights have major delays today. is that because of the technical in MAD?

FQ6724 to Alicante: ETD 06h00 -> 18h10 (A310)
FQ6546 to Cagliari/Olbia: ETD 06h35 -> 17h45 (A320)
FQ6358 to Almeria: ETD 12h45 -> 18h30 (A320)

(oof course there is about the same problem for arrivals, but a delay at departure means less holiday).

Let's say one aircraft went technical outside the home base (hense the return with a delay over 12hrs as the crew went out of duty). And this has effect on all fligths planned on that aircraft. Unfortunatly something that can happen to any airline. It's just less obvious if you have a spare aircraft standing somewhere (--> larger airlines) than if you just have 6 aircraft that fly around the clock.

All should be back to normal by sunday morning. The TCL is almost back in BRU now and the TCK should come out of maintenance sunday morning. Just plain bad luck.

Thanks to both of you.

Out of curiosity and not completely off-topic,
is tomorrow morning's FQ1318 to TFS still planned as a "normal" A320 ?
Because I'll be flying on board of that one :D

Thanks in advance,

Robin Bamps.
