The colours/contrast are a bit edited with Photoshop... otherwise I take my pictures with Howies Funware (www.howiesfunware.com). This tool is just very easy to use and you can get different formats/qualities.

You can better first upload your picture to a photo file hosting like http://imageshack.us/ and then copy the direct URL between the img tags in your post.
