some great looking shots, but imho, the textures of FSX don't seam to be that much better than FS9...

This just convinced me that I made the right choice not to buy FS X...I grant them: the water textures have improved, but I must say that I only see very limited (no) progress in the land textures...

I'm also gonna stay with FS2004. I will wait untill there are plenty of sceneries available. But I was just wondering if its possible to use the PMDG and stuff that I bought for FS2004 on FSX. Else I think that its a bit of thrown away money.

Yeah, such advanced graphics must be veeeeery demanding in resources ! :wink:

I bet for an at least 3Ghz machine and 1024Mb DDR2


I can go hide myself, with my old PIII 1Ghz :shakehead: (still going fast in Windows and co. but too slow even for FS2002 with my ton of add-ons !)

I have dual core 2,8ghz and 2GB RAM and just a standard G-force 6600 graphic card. Sorry for my late reply :wink:
