Great to see a brand new 330NEO in Belgium!
I hope they will be able to resume/start their ops as soon as that nightmare of COVID permits...

I also see a missed opportunity by TUI here; the AB offer to French speaking exotic destinations looks promising.

A beauty indeed.
Just hope she'll fly straight, considering where she comes from.

Normal: Curaçao is a tag-on on a Martinique flight.

Air Belgium operated some A330F flights with humanitarian aid to Haiti - Port-au-Prince (PAP) for AZG/DSF.
  • OO-SEA flew LGG-ATL-MIA-PAP-LGG and;
  • OO-CMA flew LGG-BGR-MIA-PAP-LGG.
Today, their A343 OO-ABA is operating a (positioning sector for a) repatriation flight BRU-ISB.

Job openings for 777 captains and first officers with Jan 1 start date were posted today. FWIW no opening for A330 drivers yet...

No clue what's in the contract between AB & CMA CGM, but it's not impossible to see a fleet of B777's operated by CMA CGM and some 330's operated by AB. Probably not in the long term, but I guess Terzakis won't have troubles finding new customers with "his" 330's in the future.

It appears AB will operate a second QR cargo rotation, starting tonight QR8247 with OO-SEA (in addition to QR8814 on OO-ABA).

Same thing apparently tonight with OO-AIR this time.

It's funny to see that OO-SEA flew this afternoon from BRU to LGG and 2 hours later OO-AIR is flying from LGG to BRU ! Couldn't they use OO-SEA for this second flight to DOH, preventing 2 empty position flights ? Does anyone have an explanation for this aircraft swap ?

I guess they mainly attract dutch people, right ?
Well adding PUJ, it will be a little more balanced maybe
