Hello !

DHL will launch a direct route between Liège and Miami in January. DHL, which is in full development, is taking advantage of the FedEx crisis to occupy the field and will surely develop even more in Liège! Here is the post officel of the group posted this morning :

You could expect Air Belgium to operate for them... Let’s wait and see but I think it’s a good news!

I guess the neighbourhood won't be too happy with this massive expansion! But this design definately rules out a future third runway!

Maybe so they can use two parrallel runways at the same time. Might be necessary if they expand as much as shown in the article. My guess, based on the number of new stands is that the amount of stands available might double. It's s just that in the past few years I've seen multiple articles with possible new runway layouts.

But of course I'm not the expert here, the ones who made the expansion plan are!
