The fuel evaporates in a couple of thousand feeth, it won’t reach the ground.

They asked a divertion to LGG "because of the longer runway" (cfr LiveATC.net).

I read there were 39 people on board. Counting 6 crew for an A320, that means only 33 passengers!

I'd say "that many passengers".

From https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en "All non-essential travel abroad is forbidden"

And during the week 03MAR-09MAR, I see 4 SN and 2 U2 flights with A32S, plus the daily CNJ of Flexflight. That's a lot of essential travelling, probably mainly diplomats.
