The liquidators have appointed auction house Auctim to sell the Swissport equipment:

auction 1:
https://www.auctim.com/ords/auctim/auct ... m_cleaning
Auctim: “…Ground Support Equipment (GSE), maintenance & parts…”

auction 2:
https://www.auctim.com/ords/auctim/auct ... m_cleaning
Auctim: “…IT and multimedia, office furniture and furnishings, garage equipment and supplies…”

- - -

The auctions start on 25th August, and end on 10th Sept.
More info, like viewing possibilities at location: see each lot.
Buyers must be preregistered and provide a bank guarantee, prior to bidding.

(and a hint for Aviation24.be members: place your bid only at the very last moment, like one minute before bidding ends. That way, you give competitor-bidders less time to think about a higher bid.)

Nothing to do with the Belgian bankruptcy, although...

Swissport has successfully completed its comprehensive financial restructuring. As part of a debt-for-equity swap, ownership of the company has been transferred from HNA Group (China) to a group of financial investors led by the former senior secured lenders of Swissport. The new owners will appoint Christoph Mueller (the former Sabena CEO) as future Chairman.
