EGO Airways launched operations on 30 March 2021, flying one E190 from Catania to Parma, Lamezia Terme, and Forli. Not exactly the plan that was devised when the airline got its AOC.

Flybondi of Argentina began flights from Buenos Aires Aeroparque to 12 domestic destinations with its two B737-800s. The carrier plans to expand its fleet with two more aircraft, pending demand.

Personally, start ops at PRG is good but DBV, I have many doubts.
Pragusa. One (based in Croatia) plans to start off as a tour operator selling tour packages to Dubrovnik and Prague, and then offer point-to-point flights to New York and Los Angeles with wet-leased A330s and A350s. The carrier plans to convert the wet-lease into a dry-lease by 2024, and secure from Airbus new A350s in a single class all premium economy configuration by 2024.

Montenegro launched a tender for the delivery of consultancy services to ToMontenegro. The consultant will support obtaining a new AOC, building the airline’s foundations and organizational structure, and more. Bids due 24 February 2021.
ToMontenegro hopes to launch operations ahead by the summer 2021 season, with at least two aircraft — E195s.
They have asked for a new name/brand so it is probably a temporary name.
ToMontenegro will be branded as Air Montenegro when launched, following a review of over 500 proposals.

Why should they make things simple when they can make them complicated?
