Istres is an airbase, it would be weird for FR24 to point to there.

Brize Norton BZZ is a 100% air force base too (RAF), and FR24 showed this:

LFMI/QIE is not in the FR24 database apparently, while EGVN/BZZ is. Maybe this could be the reason.

Not that surprising at all, an airbase is easier to maintain the quarantine.
The logistics could have a severe impact on operations of a civil airport. Busses need to be able to meet the passengers on tarmac while maintaining a secure perimeter.
Depending of the number of busses and the size of the perimeter this operation could block a complete apron for quite some time.

The US Trump administration said that it would bar entry by most foreign nationals who had recently visited China and put some American travellers under quarantine as it declared a rare public health emergency.

Vietnam ordered all its airlines to cancel flights to China. Result? Bamboo Airways flights from Vietnam to cities in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan will be cancelled as the CAA of Vietnam cancelled all permits granted for flights to China.

Vietnam, as a close ally to China, considers Taiwan (and Hong Kong and Macau) as part of China, even if there is no single case of coronavirus in Taiwan. Politics...

Cathay Pacific is to cut 90% of its services to mainland China for two months due to the coronavirus.

MIAT Mongolian Airlines is cancelling Ulan Baatar – Beijing Capital service during February 2020.

China’s CAA has urged domestic carriers to continue flying international routes, except to countries with travel bans over a coronavirus epidemic, as many of these airlines weigh cuts in response to slow demand.

Pilots and flight attendants are demanding airlines stop flights to China as health officials declare a global emergency over the rapidly spreading coronavirus, with American Airlines' pilots filing a lawsuit seeking an immediate halt.

Between January 23 and 28, nearly 10,000 flights were cancelled within, to and from China due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
