A more than 5 times bigger relative decrease than main competitors AF and KL.
Small long haul network, not a big UE network and no domestic flights, so probably not many people for connecting. And point to point trafic is probably not enough to keep good capacities.

Contrary to the first lockdown, Air France kept to operate all its domestic service. From Montpellier, Marseille, Brest, Nice, Toulouse, the airline has operated flights from Orly and Roissy. For others destinations, either from Roissy or Orly. Orly was closed during the 1st lockdown.

At Montpellier (i m talking about MPL because i have family there and i spend apart of my life in this region), Air France operated up to 4 flights a day from Paris iso 0 flight during the 1st lockdown.

On the long haul side, the airline has served all its Africans routes and most of its routes to USA, Asia and South America. Pax trafic was not probably high, but they were probably less "only cargo" flights.

However, CDG now we work only with 2 terminals (2F and 2E mainly used by Air France). 2A and 2C are closed since 01Dec2020. T3, 2D and T1 are closed since spring 2020.

Brussels Airlines and TUI boosted by anti-Covid vaccines

Airlines Brussels Airlines and TUI are recording an increase in bookings for 2021 since the encouraging announcements for an anti-Covid vaccine.

Travel agency TUI and airline Brussels Airlines have both seen a significant increase in bookings for next summer over the past two weeks. It is the over 65s who are particularly optimistic about being able to travel, according to Het Laatste Nieuws.

Without info, without perspective and strongly requested to take tickets which will undoubtedly be canceled. A way to get cash cheaply but with deep contempt for the average traveler. Any action against this company must in fact go through the "formal notice" box with acknowledgment of receipt. I think that one will not answer me in view of what I said above, but I discovered two head offices. B House in Diegem and an address in Ixelles. One is better than the other and why two head offices ... even if nothing surprises me anymore! Thank you.
No one to tell me what is the correct address for SN's head office? Diegem ? Ixelles ? Thank's.

The head office is clearly at Diegem: that's where all the management and most ground employees are working. But for legal reasons, the administrative address of the company is in the Brussels region, Ixelles/Elsene in this case.

Something else in these times of COVID.

We can see that airlines like KLM and Lufthansa names their aircraft to their own respective cities, famous squares, etc. Would that be also not a nice idea for Brussels Airlines to give their fleet names to our own famous cities, painters, visionars? We had already the fleet with the very nice liveries, now maybe is time to give them names. Just an idea

Yeah but this is temporary. This is the livery due to a team, artist. What I mean is to name an aircraft like City of Ghent, Brussels. Or a famous square

The airline has more concerns than some plane spotting wishes giving aircraft names

To make it clear, I'm not a plane spotter, I work in the business, so no need for that.
The business behind giving planes a name is much bigger than you think. KLM is using also Asian or African names to it. Both, KLM and the involved city, has the benefits

You should know that I'm not placing dreams here. The idea is nice

Rather than wondering if a plane will be called City of Ghent or City of Namur ... SN might wonder, for example, if it would not refund plane tickets issued and canceled on its own! This would allow her not to be accused of breach of trust and would meet the concerns of the few remaining passengers...

Just landed in BRU. Why so long at MLA? A C-check doesn't take that long.

But storage at MLA is certainly better than in BRU.

Hello,

What is strange is that 2 weeks ago OO-SFK arrived from Luqa following a long storage. Today OO-SFL has arrived at bru and will resume service while OO-SFK arrived 2 weeks ago has left today for Luqa .. Is it really for storage or for maintenance?

And by the way, "eurowings" a/c are flying regularly from BRU nowadays because of a delay with the maintenance of OO-SFX.

Hi all,

Does anyone know why this SN flight to Kiruna (KRN) made such strange turns above Kiruna Airport? They flew over the airport at least three times.
