It's about "re-opening for commercial traffic". Re-opening for non-essential travel. That is not allowed till 7th June, but the Walloon government seems to know already knows that this ban will be lifted.
The Walloon government never said the ban will be lifted. CRL is currently closed for commercial traffic and will reopen on 15 June. Today, none of the scheduled airlines (Ryanair, Wizz Air, TUIfly, etc.) is allowed to operated commercial aircraft at CRL. If the ban is not lifted by 15 June, commercial aircraft will be authorised to fly, but they will carry only passengers allowed to travel.

Of course. They have proven to be smarter than airports in Flanders in the last few years ;)
