CRL welcomed a Ryanair, diverting from Eindhoven, due to low visibility, sometimes 200m of visibility.

Other aircraft divert to Düsseldorf Weeze, Cologne, Maastricht or Rotterdam.

Same story today, WP141 (Air Antwerp F-50) on finals for EBBR. And TB1262 (TUI ERJ-190) from Murcia will probably have to do the same in half an hour.
Fog apparently also becoming a problem for BRU now, with a few holdings there (at Eindhoven, most flights are diverting for the same reason: fog (Eindhoven is only ILS CAT I).

The past days, I've seen Iberia coming to Brussels with A330 and A340-600 aircraft. Is this for a charter, or are they coming to brussels with these larger aircraft regularly?

From The Aviation Herald: ...A Wizzair A320-200 from Cluj (Romania) to Charleroi departed Cluj's runway 25 when the aircraft received a bird strike... Enroute about 10nm southeast of Brno (Czech Republic) the crew decided to turn north and divert to Katowice (Poland)...

Antwerp's regional tv ATV: "...Friday noon, an Italian (small) aircraft has lost an emergency window when flying above the Noorderlaan... The aircraft returned to ANR... It is thought that the window ended up in one of the harbour docks..."

Disclaimer: unconfirmed info
EC-GXJ Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner departed Birmingham, cruising at FL190, when about midway between the DOVER and KOKSY VOR's, a pressurization 'mishap' forced a quick descend to FL100. After holding for about 20 min. over KOKSY VOR the aircraft continued (or diverted) to Antwerp airport. About 1,5 hours later, the aircraft departed again and a few minutes into the flight, 'an issue' (removed "the incident with the overwing exit") occurred, forcing the plane to return and after some holdings, landed uneventful.

Edit: apparently 2 aircraft with some issues, on the same day @ANR

Indeed. It seems EC-GXJ was not the aircraft that has lost an emergency exit: regional tv ATV has a picture of that emergency exit, and one photo from inside the aircraft:

So, two different cases ?

What is the registration of the second aircraft, the one that lost the emergency window.

The quick descend was part of a planned training exercise. No emergency.

Why did Brussels Airlines A330 OO-SFT, operating flight SN241 (FNA-ROB-BRU), divert to Madrid this morning? I suspect a medical diversion, as the aircraft was soon back in the air.

But OO-SFT is here in Luanda for the moment!

sn26567 was talking about the flight on March 4th, which indeed diverted to Madrid and landed early this morning.
