I'm glad that destination is back. I don't have any figures, obviously, but I couldn't understand Brussels Airlines dropping that destination.

Try flying it with A319's with sufficient frequency (which is a requirement for this route due to the business type traffic) and in the current situation there's no place for an ACMI contract like that with CityJet.

Same reason as why Bristol and Hannover are taken out of the schedule at least till spring 2021.

Sun-Air takes the right approach: a Do-328 seats 32 people, vs 90 seats onboard the Dash 8. In September, it is not even sure those 32 seats will be sold.

Also Walter Aviation, who was flying for EuroWngs had quite a few of this planes.

Prices will be low for this type of plane.

Do-328 will be the smaller airplane landing in Brussels for scheduled flight if I'm not mistaken.

I like Dash 8 but this is a slow aircraft and for non aviation-enthousiast as us, a turboprop always seems to be an old brol

Dash 8 slow? ATR is slow. Dash 8 on short sectors is hardly a few minutes slower than a jet

Dash 8 old? Having flown the Dash 8 and 737 I can tell you the 737NG is a lot less modern than the Dash 8 Q400.

It still pisses me off to read that people have no respect for turboprops and their pilots.
It shows people have no idea what they are talking about

Sorry darling for pissing you off, it looks like you had a bad day.

I totally agree with you and I don't consider the Q400 like an old bird, but if you read what I wrote you will see that I was talking of the perception on non-aviation-enthousiast, not of mine. And as you know customer are lamda people, for many not having a clue about airplanes.

And tell me where I have been unrespectfull towards pilot?

So I don't know, take a cecemel and go to sleep, tomoro will be a better day.

Oh, you mean the perception of the general public? Yeh, a jet goes "woosh" and a turboprop goes "broem".

But people flying direct from BRU to BLL or BRS in stead of transferring and loosing time won't care about that ;)

Not exactly blacklisted, Cyprus will allow visitors from 19 countries. Belgium is not amongst these countries, that’s all, no need for further drama.

Well, for sure it is absolutely not good news. Also Greece announced today the list of 29 countries which they allow as from 15 June. Also in this Belgium is excluded. A new list they will release before 1st July.
