Tell that to people who can’t get 7 consecutive days off in a year because of understaffing
I can underxtand their frustration and even anger, but, again, they have no-one to take decisions for the time being..

They are not employed by government. Even if the Railways management are bound hand and foot to the state subsidies, still they have their responsabilities; and they are very good at blaming others for their unsolved issues.
