Let-410 (reg. 9N-AMH) accident at Lukla (Nepal), probably the most dangerous airport in the world.

A Belgian pilot was involved in a Piper PA-46-350P crash in Labrador, Canada. The airplane (N757NY) crashed after take off en route for Greenland, presumably on one of a series of ferry flights. While the pilot survived and was taken to a local hospital, his passenger sadly did not.
