Doesn't look too good but OK, a NOTAM can always be amended/cancelled when needed.

Did Belgium at least consult with other European partners, or did our heroic little country act on its own?

Any idea which aircraft are supposed to be based for the summer 2019 at EBOS?
Hopefully none of the above :?

Very bad experiences in the past with a leased 737-400(Cello Aviation).

By experience too, these aircraft are switched between bases, except ANR of course!

NB last year, Estonian A320 were exclusively based at CRL. But many times we can see them at BRU ; at H40 mainly.

OO-JAV and OO-TUV came back from their winter lease yesterday, both were for Miami Air International. MAX issues are delaying TUI aircraft for Sunwing, which were supposed to be already at BRU ?

Max missed the question mark at the end of your sentence, which is written as statement, not a question.
Something got clearly lost in translation.

Okay I missed something, but I write at the same time that I learn. It seems to be a bad cocktail...

Yesterday a SACA inspection by the French DGAC resulted in the TUI flight Toulon-Brest operated by SmartLynx Latvia YL-LCU being delayed by 2h30. These inspectors are normally not allowed to delay flights unless it is a major or significant finding.

Minor things, like missing or wrong paperwork on board, are often a reason for delays during these inspections.

TUI Airways (UK) is using TUI fly Belgium flightnumbers for its flights from Dublin.
e.g. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/tb8305
Is that an anticipation of a possible Brexit, to be able to operate intra-EU flights in this way?
